Carol Keating

Carol has been singing her entire life. At the ripe old age of 4 her pastor recognized her unique talent and she traveled with him singing in little country churches in Southern Saskatchewan. She was asked to sing at almost every family function and community event until her late teens when she moved to Regina. She met Barry and soon after was fronting a rock and roll band that played private parties, clubs and lounges. After moving to the West Coast in the 1980's she continued to perform along with her husband Barry at various venues in the Lower Mainland. In 1987 Carol dedicated her life to Jesus Christ and as it was in her childhood He became the theme of her music once again. Worshipping Christ with her music became a passion which evolved into leading worship at church, the Gospel Mission in Vancouver downtown Eastside, Northview singles, Women's Aglow, and organizing and performing in Christian musical productions. At the present time Carol leads worship at Celebrate Recovery which is a Christian based twelve step program that meets in Maple Ridge, B.C. Carol's passion for Christ is evident in her powerful voice as she performs lead and background vocals in the Knitting Club.
